IU Credit Union offers a variety of account alerts.  Many of these alerts are near real-time. These alerts are different than the alerts that are currently available in Online Banking, which are not sent near real-time.    


The alerts listed below can be sent to you via text^* and/or email.  Each account signer can have their own set of alerts.  If you are interested in setting up, modifying or deleting any of the account alerts listed below, please submit a "New Ticket" or call 812-855-7823, Option 3 and speak with a representative.  

If you submit a "New Ticket", be sure to include the following: 

  • Account Number(s) you want the alerts on
  • Text and/or email.  Be sure to include your mobile phone and email address.  If we do not have this information on file, we will update your account record
  • Alert Name(s)
  • Interval, if the Alert Description/Interval allows you to choose
  • Amount, if alert is generated on amount
  • Number of days for Loan Alerts, if needed

* Alerts may not be generated near real-time if our system is down or we are running our end of day process.  In these situations, the alert should be generated around 9:00 AM ET the next morning.
