Cross Account Access allows you to view account balances, account history and make transfers to and from other account numbers that you are a signer on.   


Due to privacy issues, cross account access is only allowed if all account signers on the log-in account (primary account you are using to log in to Online or Mobile Banking) are signers on the cross account.



This is allowed – Jane and John can have full access to 5678 because they are account signers on this account. The program matches by SSN.   



Not Allowed due to Privacy Reasons – Even though Jane and John are signers on the cross account, Sally is not a signer and we cannot allow her to have access to this account.   


Important Notes about Cross Account Access:

  1. The system will evaluate the cross account access daily.  If a name is added or removed from an account and the account no longer qualifies, the cross account access will be automatically deleted. 
  2. If your accounts qualify for cross account access and you open a new share or loan ID, you will need to contact the Credit Union to have the new products added to your cross account list.  


To request Cross Account Access or add additional products, open a "New Message" or call a representative at 812-855-7823, option 3. 


If you open a "New Message", include the following:

  • Your Online & Mobile Banking log in account number. 
  • The account(s) you want to tie as a cross account.  If you want to request certain shares or loans, please specify.  If not, state to tie all shares and loans.
